Your videos will not be shared, sold, or rented to any third party. I always appreciate the opportunity to showcase videos as part of my portfolio by prior written agreement.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

I assign all rights, title, and interest of any intellectual property developed during the project back to you. The intellectual property clause does not become yours until the last invoice is settled in full. 

PRICE AND PAYMENT

The total price for any bespoke project (SHEBANG package) is quoted in writing with terms as follows:

1. 50% of the total upon signing of the statement of work, provided the total price exceeds £12,000; 

2. 50% of the total, within 7 days from the delivery of the videos.

If the bespoke project price is below £12,000, payment is in total and upfront.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND DELAY FEE

Should the project get cancelled after work has begun, the 50% deposit fee or 100% fee is not refundable. Should the project be delayed by 28 days or more, the final 50% were applicable will become payable immediately.
